The walk will start at the main, first floor entrance to Regents Hall. For those who would like to, we will have a CNDLS staff person ready to meet you at HFSC Great Room at 2:05 to walk over with folks to the starting point in Regents at 2:15pm.Environmental Graphiti—The Art of Climate Change by ECo Artwalk featured artist Alisa Singer uses abstract images to illustrate the science behind the critical changes impacting our planet. The series consists of digital paintings, each derived from a chart, graph, map, word, or number relating to key facts or data about climate change. The art is designed to function as a gateway to the science of climate change, focusing interest and awareness on the various factors that have contributed to our warming planet over the last two hundred years. The tour will take place both indoors and outdoors. It will require stairs, walking, and standing for almost the full hour. Regents Hall is wheelchair accessible with an elevator, and the installation sites are all accessible.
The tour will encompass different floors on Regents Hall and the Gelardin New Media Center in Lauinger Library, and will end with a Q & A discussion.
